Gunna Saw Family & Got Business Affairs Together Before Turning Himself In

Shortly after Young Thug was taken into custody where he was charged with conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, it was revealed Gunna had not yet surrendered to authorities.

According to sources, Gunna was busy tying up loose ends such as making sure his #1 album, "DS4Ever" would still move forward. He was in the process of releasing the visuals for his track "Banking On Me" and also has some other songs scheduled to be released.

It's also been reported Gunna is huge on family so he made sure to get the quality time in once more before he went behind bars. Not to mention he had to meet with his legal team who are claiming their client is completely innocent.

28 people have been named in this 56 count indictment. The 56 total charges include conspiracy to violate RICO, murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm, theft, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, and participation in street gang activity. The conspiracy charge stems from alleged incidents that occurred between January 24, 2013, and May 8, 2022. “It is our allegation that they operated as a criminal street gang and commits to do havoc in our community,” DA Willis said during a press conference. “That havoc includes crimes of violence, crimes of thefts, crimes involving drugs.” Gunna has been charged with one count of conspiring to violate RICO.

As far as how much time he's facing, according to District Attorney Fani Willis, “We will ask on the different charges for the maximum penalties and there's obviously many people are looking at life under these indictments," she told reporters. "You are absolutely right, these are serious times, these are serious allegations. It is my opinion that violence in our communities deserves maximum penalties.
