Leaked photos and videos of a 2019 UFO citing taken by a Navy personnel circulated the internet recently of triangle-shaped objects moving and blinking in the clouds.
In a statement to CNN Pentagon Spokeswoman Sue Gough said, "As we have said before, to maintain operations security and to avoid disclosing information that may be useful to potential adversaries, DOD does not discuss publicly the details of either the observations or the examinations of reported incursions into our training ranges or designated airspace, including those incursions initially designated as UAP." However, the defense department has confirmed the legitimacy of these photos and videos. Gough also confirmed the formation of the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force and says they have included these incidents in their ongoing examinations.
