Just one month after announcing their pregnancy, Chrissy Teigen and singer, John Legend, have announce they've lost their baby boy. They'd already named him Jack. Teigen was hospitalized recently for severe bleeding and was told she was in the "danger zone". Unfortunately, her recent post on Instagram confirms baby Jack was unable to survive the complications.
