This small business is started and run by two brothers. Proper’s Pickles are unique as they are made using Persian cucumbers. They started in 2014 making pickles for friends then moved on to selling in a local Long Beach farmers market. The brothers have worked hard to take what started as a hobby to a promising small business selling their award winning pickles in select stores starting in Southern California.
