You know what they say, there's always room for dessert. Well now you can have the best of both worlds by drinking beer thats inspired by some of your favorite desserts. On the latest episode of "Inside Trader Joe's" they talk about four new beers inspired by sweet treats, but there's one in particular that we're looking forward to the most inspired by the oh so famous cookie butter. Trader Joe's Product Developer Catherine Rhodes said in the podcast, "Trader Joe’s is cookie butter headquarters, so we couldn’t have an okay Cookie Butter Beer. It had to taste just as good as what’s in the jar." It's obviously a dessert beer that will obviously pair well with anything with cookie butter on it. It will hit shelves in September. The next beer is perfect for fall and it's called the toasty cookie spice cider, which is made with "real 100 percent apple juice and autumnal spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove." It will basically be like a boozy apple cider. Next is the coffee peanut butter cup porter, which is brewed with peanut butter powder and will be out by Halloween. The last beer is the ginger beard spiced stout that's in the works for next season.
