The Doo Doo Capital of the United States is San Francisco's new nickname thanks to the cities increasing problem with human waste being literally dumped all over the city!
It has become such a problem that the city even launched a program called the 'Poop Patrol,' which I'm sure didn't help matter when their new nickname was being handed out...
