Actor Boris Kodjoe stopped by the show today to take us inside season 3 of his hit ABC show 'Station 19' which is of course a spin off of 'Grey's Anatomy'! That show is all about one of the fire houses in Seattle and focuses on the lives of the firefighters. Look out for the new season in early 2020. Boris also just launched an amazing new fitness app called 'KoFit' with his brother and it's all about getting in little workouts throughout the week to maintain your health!
