NAS Oceana Turns 75

When NAS Oceana first opened in 1943, it was used as an auxiliary landing field Naval Station Norfolk pilots training for WW 2. Lots of celebrating this year including a very special NAS Oceana Air Show at the end of this summer... I found this clip on YouTube showing pictures of what Oceana looked like back in 1969... Cool stuff. Thanks to Gary Lowe for letting us share!
