Camila Cabello: "Deeply Ashamed" of Her Racist Posts

Camila Cabello apologized a second time for racist posts she made on Tumblr.

That account handle "vous-etess-belle," featuring Camila’s selfies, has since been deleted. However, Camila used bigoted words, posted racist memes and retold jokes about immigrants.

On Wednesday, she addressed the scandal,“When I was younger, I used language that I’m deeply ashamed of and will regret forever. I was uneducated and ignorant.”

She also was not as famous. Camila tweeted a screengrab of her apology on her Instagram Story, “I’m sorry from the bottom of my heart.” She claimed her Tumblr posts did not “represent the person I am. I only stand and have ever stood for love and inclusivity.” (People)
