Britney Spears plans to fight ex Kevin Federline in family court for more time with her sons, Preston and Jayden.
In September, a judge ruled in favor of Kevin, reducing Britney's custody to only 30%. They previously shared equal custody, while Britney paid monthly support to Kevin.
“Britney’s goal in the New Year is to petition the judge for increased custody time with the boys," a source told Us Weekly.
The insider also revealed that Britney’s relationship with her father has deteriorated - as his physical altercation with her son is what caused her to lose 20% custody.
