Maybe going ALL OUT for a proposal isn't the best idea...
A guy named Steven Weber took his girlfriend Kenesha Antoine on vacation in Tanzania last week.
They had booked a hotel room that is actually submerged underwater, with a window looking out into the ocean. Steven decided to swim outside window and hold up a sign, asking for Kenesha to marry him.
Unfortunately.... he never resurfaced above the water. Something went wrong, and he drowned.
Local authorities and the U.S. State Department are investigating what happened.
