Police Seize Aaron Carter's Guns

Aaron Carter said he voluntarily surrendered to authorities two of his rifles.

Aaron tagged the Department of Justice when tweeting on Wednesday, “I decided to voluntarily allow the sheriff’s department to hold on to two of my rifles. I’m doing this to show my good faith and cooperation with law enforcement. @DOJPH #GunSafety #GunControl” (Us Weekly

Nick Carter expressed concerns about Aaron’s erratic behavior in recent weeks compounded by a purchase of guns. The family asked police to make several welfare checks on Aaron, who may harm somebody or himself. On Tuesday, Nick got a restraining order against Aaron, who reportedly “harbors thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child.”

The restraining order requires Aaron to stay at least 100 feet away from Nick and their sister Angel CarterAaron replied to the court order, “Restraining order says stay 100 feet away. It’s been thousands of miles for years.”
