Taylor Swift is one star who always makes sure that her fans know how much she loves them.
She's known for donating money pretty often to people in need, and this time, it was a 16-year-old fan named Trinity Foster who is battling cancer.
According to Trinity's GoFundMe page, she's been diagnosed with stage 4 osteosarcoma.
"The chemo is really hard for me and my insurance doesn’t cover everything that I need, we have tried to get other insurances like ten care but were told we did not apply," she says.
Trinity recently posted some photos of a Taylor Swift Lover album release party that she had in her hospital room, and Taylor herself ended up seeing them - which inspired her to help out a dedicated fan.
Trinity's GoFundMe page has now raised almost $15,000!
