Missy Elliott stole the show at the MTV Video Music Awards when she performed a medley of her greatest hits, but one of the best moments was when she featured dancer Alyson Stoner on center stage during "Work It."
Fans recognized Alyson as the 10-year-old dancer from the "Work It" and "Gossip Folks" videos many years ago.
What’s even better about Alyson’s performance, is that apparently she didn't even rehearse it AT ALL!
Missy Elliott herself later went on Twitter to give a shout out to Alyson, noting that she "couldn't have done it" without her.
