Variety has confirmed that Ewan McGregor is in talks with Disney to return as Obi-Wan Kenobi!
The company is working on a television series centered around the character, which would be exclusively available on the upcoming Disney+ streaming service.
The show will be the third live-action Star Wars series for Disney+. No details about the plot or cast are available yet.
McGregor played Obi-Wan in all three Star Wars prequels, and there was also talk a few years ago that he could be returning for a standalone film...but those plans were scrapped after Solo didn't meet expectations.
