Britney Spears' Father Suing Creator of "Free Britney" Movement

Fans have been concerned about Britney Spears' well-being for a while now.

Many of them have even started an online movement called #FreeBritney, insisting that she should be freed from her conservatorship.

Well now, her father Jamie Spears has had enough of the "movement" - and he's suing the creator of the blog who started it.

Jamie is suing Anthony Elia on behalf of Britney's conservatorship, alleging that his Absolute Britney blog and social media accounts defamed Britney's team by claiming that they are "using her social media in a way to negatively portray her and do her harm."

Anthony is the one who came up with the theory that Britney's team were deleting positive comments from her Instagram posts.

What really seems to upset Jamie is that, according to the lawsuit, Anthony made his comments out of a "gut feeling."

TMZ says that many of the rumors created by Anthony and other fan accounts have gotten so bad that death threats have been made toward Britney's team, and law enforcement has gotten involved multiple times.
