Johnny Depp Denies Abuse Claims, Says Amber Heard Faked Bruises

Johnny Depp and ex-wife Amber Heard have been in a public feud for 3 years, since Amber first accused him of physically abusing her in May 2016.

Johnny has always maintained his innocence, and now he's reiterating it again. He's even accusing Amber of faking bruises on her face so that she could "fabricate" the initial claims of domestic violence against him, and that HE was actually the real victim of abuse in their marriage.

Just a few months ago, he filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against Amber, and now he's submitted a written document in his own words to support it.

“I have denied Ms. Heard’s allegations vehemently since she first made them in May 2016, when she walked into court to obtain a temporary restraining order with painted-on bruises that witnesses and surveillance footage show she did not possess each day of the preceding week. I will continue to deny them for the rest of my life. I never abused Ms. Heard or any other woman.”

Depp says he decided to file the lawsuit “not only to clear my name and restore my reputation, but to attempt to bring clarity to the women and men whose lives have been harmed by abuse and who have been repeatedly lied to by Ms. Heard purporting to be their spokesperson.”

He says that new evidence is what made him decide to file the lawsuit, and insists that Amber was violent towards him after mixing prescription drugs and alcohol.

Johnny also included several photos of injuries that he claims he received from Amber while they were together. You can check out the photos and full statement HERE.
