Vince Vaughn was sentenced to summary probation for three years after pleading no contest to an alcohol-related reckless driving misdemeanor in his DUI case.
The actor, who was arrested in June 2018 at a DUI checkpoint outside Los Angeles, was also ordered to complete a three-month alcohol program and pay an unspecified amount of fines, according to People magazine.
In a statement from the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, Vince cannot refuse a preliminary alcohol screening test if requested by law enforcement while he remains on probation and "if he drives under the influence and a person is killed, he could be charged with murder."
