Royal Baby Watch: Prince Harry Cancels Scheduled Trip

Prince Harry surprised us this week when he announced he would be heading to The Netherlands May 8th and 9th, despite the birth of his first kid being imminent.

But today, he cancelled the first day of the trip, but made clear he does still plan to go on the second.

This comes as we wait for his first baby with Meghan Markle.

His cancellation of the first day of the trip is said to be unconnected to the approaching birth. Say what?

A spokesman for the Prince said: 'Due to the logistical planning for the travelling press to cover visits and engagements by The Royal Family, we have taken the decision to postpone The Duke of Sussex's scheduled visit to Amsterdam on Wednesday 8th May 2019.

'The Duke is currently scheduled to travel to The Hague on Thursday 9th May for the launch of the Invictus Games The Hague 2020 as planned.'
