Allison Mack May Take The Stand Against NXIVM Leader

Former Smallville actress Allison Mack recently pleaded guilty to racketeering conspiracy charges in the case against the alleged sex cult, NXIVM.

Now it's almost time for the group’s leader Keith Raniere to appear in court, and Mack may be taking the stand against him.

Raniere’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo is the one who revealed Mack’s possible appearance at the trial, which is set for May 7th. According to Page Six, he was talking about a potential juror that he thinks should be tossed from the trial because he had “read media reports” about the case - particularly Mack, and he'd said “I think [she] might testify.”

Mack wants her case separated from Raniere’s, although she’s his accused right-hand woman in the alleged sex cult.

Raniere has also been accused of child exploitation - a charge that Mack claims she has "no connection" to, and that Raniere will face along with racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking at the trial.
