Lady Gaga split from her fiancé Christian Carino earlier this year, and since she never really gave an explanation, people are still wondering what happened.
Well according to a source, Gaga decided to end their relationship because Christian was getting in the way of her work.
“She was devastated at first,” a source tells US Weekly about the split.
The source says that Carino’s personality “infringed on her creative process" and she "couldn’t risk jeopardizing her career in that way, over a man, and that’s not something she would stand for.”
Earlier reports also claimed that Carino was jealous of Gaga’s success and that he “didn’t treat Gaga very well toward the end of their relationship.”
