This morning my phone blew up early from my sister. We have a sibling text group. My two brothers, myself and my older sister. She sent the below meme around and said...Well I guess I'm borderline. THEN...my brother who is the medical professional started another conversation about "what is considered one drink". Well, CLICK HERE to jump ahead and get the answer from Wiki. It's humbling. One drink is REALLY 10 milliliters or 8 grams of pure alcohol. Now, if you get all sciency and mathy on it...it gets worse. one medium glass (half glass really) of wine (175ml) at 12% strength is really about 2 units of alcohol. That means your daily drink is really two drinks! I drink one iPA on average a day. 6-7.5% alcohol. That could be 2-3 drinks, techincally. I'm screwed.
