Kyle Massey is being suedfor sexual misconduct. A 13-year-old girl claims he sent her sexually explicit photos and video that allegedly includes shots of his junk. She and her mom reportedly met the “That’s So Raven” star in 2009 when she was just four-years-old. They’d kept in touch and he portrayed himself as a father figure.
The unnamed girl said that Kyle spoke to her mother and invited the child to come to Los Angeles so pursue an entertainment career. He told her mom that she could stay with him and his girlfriend. A few days later, he started sending the child “numerous sexually explicit text messages, images, and videos” including “a Snapchat image of Massey holding himself with a corresponding text message that reads ‘LOL/Just me messing with u LOL.’” She also claims he sent her video of him at full attention.
The girl wants at last $1-point-5 million dollars. At this point, Kyle’s reps haven’t commented.
