More Support for Luke Perry after His Stroke

Luke Perry was hospitalized Friday after suffering a stroke. While some of his “90210” co-stars Ian Ziering and Shannen Doherty were among the first to send him well wishes, more stars have shown their support for the actor.

Sharon Stone not only wishes him a speedy recovery – she’s expecting him to make a full recovery based on her own experience. For those who don't know, the actress bounced back after her stroke back in 2001 following a cerebral hemorrhage. “I wish him all the best," she tells Extra. "Because you can come all the way back even from the edge, from the worst things, I’m here to tell you."

More celebs have taken to social media to send their love, too. That includes Perry’s “Riverdale” co-stars, like Lili Reinhart and Cole Sprouse, another “90210” alum Christine Elise, and more stars. Here’s what they had to say:

·Elise sends Perry her “best wishes,” and recalls her experience starring alongside the actor on “90210.” “You went out of your way to be kind to me during my first #beverlyhills90210 episode,” she writes. “I mention it any time I am asked what it was like on that set.”

·Billy Baldwin calls Perry a “fine actor and finer gentleman,” sending his prayers.

·Yvette Nicole Brown is “not okay” after hearing the news. “Nope. NOT okay at all. Please get well soon [Luke Perry]. Please!” she writes.

·Kristy Swanson urges fans to pray for Perry. “I just heard the frightening news about my dear old friend Luke Perry having a massive stroke,” she notes. “Luke honey I am praying so hard for you right now. I love you so much, and by God’s Grace you will get through this.”

·Lou Diamond Phillips sends his “thoughts and prayers for strength.” “Terribly concerned for my old friend Luke Perry, currently hospitalized,” he offers. “Please send some Love his way.”
