Meghan Markle’s due date is in a couple of weeks, and so far there hasn’t been any official word on the gender of the baby… but there are rumblings. We told you before that Prince Harry revealed he wants a girl, and if the latest rumors are true, he’s getting his wish!
Us Weekly reports that a source is saying that the Royal couple knows the gender, and it’s a girl! The pink decorations at her New York City baby shower make more sense, if it’s true. But there are some doubts, since another insider has told another story.
According to another snitch, Meghan was telling the guests at her shower at The Mark Hotel that she’s having a boy. Either way, the truth will be revealed soon enough – she’s reportedly due in April!
·Speaking of the shower… You may recall that Meghan’s celeb pal Priyanka Chopra wasn’t included in our list of attendees. That may be because their friendship is on the rocks. While nothing has been confirmed, sources are telling Page Six that Priyanka didn’t go to the baby shower because Meghan declined to attend Priyanka’s wedding to Nick Jonas. They both come with their share of reasons, like Chopra being “bogged down” with business in Los Angeles, and Meghan being… you know, pregnant.
·ONE MORE THING! Idris Elba may have had an interesting role at Meghan and Harry’s wedding. We previously reported that the actor part-times as DJ Big Driis, even set to perform at Coachella this year. During his appearance on “Ellen” yesterday, he revealed that Harry actually asked him to hit the decks for the Royal wedding.He didn’t explain why it didn’t happen, but he did attend the ceremony at Windsor Castle as a guest.
