Chris Pratt Responds to Ellen Page's Beef with His Church

Ellen Page called out Chris Pratt over his church - Zoe Church in Los Angeles - for being “anti-LGBTQ.” The actor has now responded via his story. Defend his spiritual home, he notes that “nothing could be further from the truth.”

Apparently, Zoe Church is believed to be modeled after the Hillsong Church, whose global pastor has said that they “do not affirm a gay lifestyle” although they “welcome all people.”states that their “doors are open to people of all backgrounds,” but doesn’t specify their stance on LGBTQ.

Either way, Pratt says he believes that “everyone is entitled to love who they want” and while he doesn't confirm or deny or her claim, he notes that while theyareagainst divorce, he has found parishioners to be completely supportive as works through his divorce from Anna Faris ."My faith is important to me but no church defines me or my life and I am not spokesman for any church or any group of people," Pratt adds. "My values define who I am. We need less hate in this world, not more. I am a man who believes that everyone is entitled to love who they want free from the judgment of their fellow man."
