We all have things we are embarrassed about when it comes to our childhood, and Katy Perry just revealed one of hers. In case you missed it, over the weekend the singer shared a photo on her Instagram story of a suspension report she got in the sixth grade for “inappropriate behavior,” which included humping a tree.
Katy got a three-day suspension for “using the Lord’s name in vein,” "inappropriate language,” “wearing inappropriate things,” and for “making sexual motions (pelvic thrusts)” toward a tree, which she was pretending was Tom Cruise.
“At the 2:00 p.m. recess, Katy and four other students were in an 'off-limits' area (behind the backboards) practicing a skit," the suspension card reads. "Katy pretended that a tree was Tom Cruise and began making sexual motions (pelvic thrusts) to the tree." It goes on to say, “she was asked to describe or demonstrate what she had been seen doing on the playground in front of some other students. Katy chose to describe it. Her words were 'it was inappropriate' and 'like making out.'"
And Katy also had other infractions, including playing spin the bottle and truth or dare and dancing the Macarena, “like an exotic dancer.”
