There's still no word on who will host the Oscars next month after Kevin Hart pulled out, but Chris Rock is making it very clear that he wants no part of it.
The comedian, who hosted Hollywood's biggest night in 2005 and 2016, attended the the New York Film Critics Circle Awards dinner Monday night and told the audience, "You're not getting me... If it was five years ago, I could say something really offensive and funny right now, but I can’t do that anymore, so…heyyyy!”
But if Rock could nominate anyone for the job, it would be Steve Martin, who also attended the event Monday night. Rock told him, "You should host the Oscars. You’re the best. Steve Martin should host the Oscars!" (Page Six)
