Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are husband and wife. She confirmed it Wednesday with a tweet.
On Sunday, in Nashville, Miley dressed in an off-the-shoulder, $8600 silk gown designed by Vivienne Westwood and Liam wore a tux. A photo spread on social media of them cutting a cake in front of balloons spelling out “MR & MRS.”

Liam’s brothers appeared in one of the photographs, as did Miley’s mother, who was casually dressed at the family’s Tennessee ranch.
