Jesse Luken, the 35-year-old actor who's best-known for his roles in TV shows like Glee and Justified, was arrested on Christmas for DUI.
Police in Glendale, California responded to a single car crash and found his vehicle up on the curb with the airbag deployed. They detected a strong smell of booze on him and conducted a field sobriety test, which they say he bombed. He was arrested and charged with DUI.
Luken has appeared in two dozen TV shows. He played Bobby "Boom Boom" Surette on several episodes of Glee and was Jimmy Tolan on the FX series Justified.
