WATCH: Cops Replace Family’s Stolen Christmas Decorations

After a Grinch stole a Maryland family’s Christmas decorations out of their front yard, some local police officers helped restore their Christmas spirit. David and Vanessa Surles were actually out shopping for replacement decorations for their home when a pair of Prince George’s County Police officers showed up with some of their own.

The officers, who wish to remain anonymous, set up several blow-up decorations and made the house festive and fun again. David says the good deed was a blessing, not just for them, but for their neighborhood, and their grandkids as well.

"They did this out of the goodness of their hearts, so we will respect their wishes to remain anonymous,” explains Prince George's County police spokesperson Jennifer Donelan. “We won't tell the world who they are, but we will tell the world how proud we are of them and of their huge hearts!"
