Dear Cardi B – you are NOT too famous for court. That’s basically what Queens Criminal Court Judge Sean Dunn told her lawyer yesterday.
The rapper also known as Belcalis Almanzar was supposed to appear at a hearing over an alleged strip club brawl, but her lawyer’s excuse was that she was a “fairly notable hip-hop artist” who had a previously scheduled commitment.
While the District Attorney wanted to have a bench warrant issued, Judge Dunn let Cardi off with a strong warning that she needs to be in court on Friday.
