Todd Bridges has had his fair share of problems over the years, but trouble seems to always find the former Diff'rent Strokes star -- even when he's trying to do something good.
Bridges was trying to help his wheelchair-bound neighbor evict a woman who refused to leave his house. He got into a verbal confrontation with the woman's boyfriend which turned physical when the man sucker-punched Bridges and dropped him to the floor. The cheap shot was captured on home security video and shared by TMZ.
The man fled the scene and, although Bridges has video proof of the assault, he says he doesn't want to press charges. He says, "No one likes to be sucker punched, but I am glad that I was there to help my neighbor, who was faced with a potentially dangerous situation."
