WATCH: Country Stars “Mean Tweets” On “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”

Country Stars Read “Mean Tweets” On “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” - Not only did Country Music have its biggest night last night, but some of its biggest stars got to laugh with Jimmy Kimmel.

“Jimmy Kimmel Live” did a Country Music version of “Mean Tweets” and it shows the genre’s artists can laugh in the face of criticism! Jake Owen, Kacey Musgraves, Thomas Rhett, Dierks Bentley, Lauren Alaina,Brothers Osborne, Jon Pardi, Cole Swindell, Michael Ray, Scotty McCreery, Ashley McBryde and Old Dominion read some downright evil tweets about them and had some classic comebacks. The best was Dan + Shay’s, but it’s not clean enough to share!

One of the runner up moments had ay DeMarcus and Joe Don Rooney of Rascal Flatts read a tweet comparing them to one of the most famously hated rock groups of the modern age.

"People who say Nickelback is the worst band obviously haven't heard Rascal Flatts," DeMarcus read before trying to do a raspy impression of Chad Kroger singing "Photograph. "It's hard to sing that way," DeMarcus said, coughing. "It is. That's why they're not singing much anymore," Rooney zinged.

Check out the video! And bonus… Jake Owen, who performed on the show, teamed with Jimmy Kimmel as well for the tune “Where’s My Truck?” With Jake looking in a parking garage for his truck while loaded down with shopping bags.
