We previously reported that Chris Pratt and Anna Faris signed off on their divorce with a private judge. As of Wednesday, the private judge reportedly finalized their settlement… and we have the details.
It looks like although they’re saying goodbye to their marriage, they’re not completely out of each other’s hair. According to the court documents, the former couple has agreed to live a maximum of five miles apart for the next five years – until their son Jack finishes sixth grade.
If one of them should need to move farther than that limit for some reason, they’re required to notify the other in writing three months in advance. On top of that, they have to give 30 days notice if they’re traveling out of the country with Jack and “reasonable” advance notice if they’re traveling out of state.
