The suspect has been identified as Cesar Sayoc Junior, originally from New York City but living in Florida.
Various media reports say the man who's been sending pipe bombs has been arrested. A Department of Justice spokesperson has confirmed the news and says a press conference will be held this afternoon at 2:30 ET.
