Welp... In today's random news of the day looks like Cardi B might be playing Fran Drescher's daughter in a reboot of The Nanny.
The idea started when Cardi gave a shout out to the actress in an Instagram post last month. She was dressed head-to-toe in leopard print and cheekily captioned the picture, "Fran Drescher in @dolcegabbana."
Drescher saw the post and apparently that got her thinking...
And now according to reports Drescher is in talks with Cardi B's representation, even though a repoot of The Nanny is not yet officially in the works.
How does one even respond to this news? I guess if you like both The Nanny and Cardi B you're ecstatic. However, if you're like me you're probably shrugging your shoulders and saying, "Meh."
