The upcoming Queen biopic, “Bohemian Rhapsody” is setfor release November 2nd and, in case you missed it, to celebrate the occasion, Shawn Mendes and Teddy Geiger have released a cover of the Queen/David Bowie classic “Under Pressure.”
Profits from the song will be donated to Mercury Phoenix Trust, which was founded in 1992 by Brian May, Roger Taylor and Jim Beach to support the global fight against HIV/AIDS.
“I am so honored to be able to support the amazing legacy of Freddie and Queen by doing a cover of one of my favorite songs, ‘Under Pressure,’” Shawn shares. “It was so exciting to me to be able to do this with my close collaborator and one of my best friends, Teddy Geiger, for a cause that is very close to our hearts.”
