Who says honesty is the best policy with children? Certainly not Kristen Bell. On yesterday’s edition of Today, she admitted to lying to her children about their birthdays.
“If it’s…Wednesday and we can’t celebrate and we’re both working late, then – guess what – your birthday is on a Saturday.” Kristen said. “They don’t know.” She and Dax Shepard have two daughters, five-year-old Lincoln and three-year-old Delta.
But Kristen draws the line on making up elaborate stories because, “They can sense is not true [and] they know you’re lying to them.”
