We told you that David Henrie had been arrested at Los Angeles International Airport for carrying a loaded gun. Now he’s been formally charged.
The office of the Los Angeles City Attorney said that the “Wizards of Waverly Place” is facing three charges – carrying a loaded firearm, carrying a concealed firearm, and possessing a weapon in a sterile area of the airport.
Henrie’s arraignment is scheduled for Monday. If he’s convicted, he’ll face up to a year in jail.
