Andrew Lloyd Webber has confirmed the rumors about Taylor Swift appearing in the movie version of Cats -- and he's even revealed her role.
The legendary composer tells New York magazine's Vulture,“She’s going to play one or other of the ‘Macavity’ girls. Basically, [director] Tom Hooper thought it was a really good idea, and of course, she loves cats. I mean, I haven’t met her, so I’m looking forward to meeting her and seeing her [at work].”
That means Tay will give voice to either Bombulina, the flirtiest of all the felines, or Demeter, the more shy and demure kitty -- who team up for the show-stopping "Macavity, the Mystery Cat."
