Are Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin rushing to the altar? Well, that’s the speculation after they were spotted yesterday inside the Marriage Bureau in NYC, which is where, if you didn’t get it by the name, they issue marriage licenses.
Witnesses say Justin was very emotional, even crying at one point, and was heard telling Hailey, “I can't wait to marry you, baby."
One source claims Justin thanked a court official for “keeping it on the DL,” with another suggesting it was actually a judge, leading to speculation they may have even wed already. Still, another source claims the pair talked about leaving the country, which could suggest a destination wedding.
