Bruno Mars has found an act to replace Cardi B on the fall leg of his “24K Magic Tour.” Well, actually he’s found four acts. The singer just announced that Ciara, Boyz II Men, Ella Mai and R&B legend Charlie Wilson have also signed on for the trek.
