I'm not entirely sure how this happened but Virginia Beach made the list of most romantic cities in America! I guess that means no excuses for this upcoming Valentine's Day, though I am a little skeptical of this list. Look at the other top ten:

7. Providence, Rhode Island
8. Reno, Nevada

10. Memphis, Tennessee
Reno? Really? REALLY?!? When I think "romantic" Reno definitely doesn't come to mind.
I will admit, this is a beautiful picture of the Oceanfront.
