Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli are going on the offensive in the college admissions scandal, claiming that prosecutors are hiding evidence that proves they didn't intend to secretly bribe anyone.
The couple's lawyers insist that their $500,000 donations to USC were legitimate.
"At trial, Giannulli and Loughlin will help establish their innocence by showing that they understood both sets of payments to be legitimate donations and did not understand or intent that either set of payments would be used to directly or indirectly bribe Heinel [former USC senior associate athletic director.]"
Unfortunately, their donations aren't the only problem. They still faked photos of their daughters rowing to get them on the crew team.
The couple faces a maximum of 45 years in prison.
