The e-scooters around town may be getting some new rules soon!
The city of Virginia Beach is proposing that limitations should be put on the number of e-scooters, and on where they can be parked.
Ideally, they want the number of scooters to be capped at 1,000, and they want to install technology that automatically slows them down in certain areas - such as Atlantic Avenue at the Oceanfront.
