NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Norfolk officers are investigating a hit-and-run crash involving a motor vehicle and a scooter.
Dispatchers say the person on the scooter has non life-threatening injuries after being struck at Ballentine Blvd. and Middle Towne Crescent, close to I-264 and Norfolk State University.
There’s no description of the suspect vehicle at this time, but police are investigating.
