Ethan Hawke has been a well-known and respected actor since the 90's, and now his 21-year-old daughter Maya Hawke is having her breakout moment.
Maya joined the cast of Stranger Things for its third season, which premiered last Thursday, and fans and critics everywhere are praising her work on the show.
But of course, her biggest fan on social media over the weekend was her father. Ethan wrote a loving post on his Instagram, saying she's "the real thing."
Maya made her debut in the 2017 BBC version of Little Women, playing Jo March. She also has an upcoming role in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood - following in her mother Uma Thurman's footsteps by working with director Quentin Tarantino.
