DJ Khaled threw a fit last week about his album not reaching #1 on the Billboard charts, and now it looks like he's threatening legal action.
Reports say that he's about to hit Billboard with a lawsuit, saying that they "unfairly disqualified more than 100,000 sales of Father of Asahd, robbing him of the top spot."
Khaled was "furious" after Billboard refused to count downloads sold as part of a “bundle deal” with an energy drink.
He says that Billboard originally agreed to count the downloads, but then they turned around and disqualified them, arguing that there were "anomalies" in his figures.
