Felicity Huffman Expected to Plead Guilty in College Scandal Today

Felicity Huffman is expected to plead guilty for her role in the college admissions scandal later today – she’s set to appear in a Boston federal court after admitting to paying 15-thousand dollars so her daughter would get more time on the SAT and for her daughter's wrong answers to be corrected.

As we’ve been telling you, Huffman is one of over a dozen other high profile figures who paid large amounts of money to help their children get into a prestigious colleges. When she faces the judge today, she could get jail time or probation, or a combination of both.

Huffman, who starred in ABC's "Desperate Housewives," agreed to plead guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud last month. On the flip side, Lori Loughlin is fighting on – refusing to take any deal.
